This week was definitely not the greatest. I was so tired from work that I don't think I even stayed awake past nine any night. I'm so lame.

Progress Towards Goal: 1 of 20
Favorite thing that I made this week: Tilapia and asparagus. It has been so nice to be able to cook again the way I want to.
Exercising Goal for last week: Run 3 times.
Did I do it? Nope. I came home, made dinner and went to bed. :(
Exercising goal this week: same. I have got to start running again, and hopefully it will give me more energy.
Healthy change goal this week: no soda.
